Application means the software programs developed or published by the Company on mobile platforms (iOS / iPadOS).

Optical Character Recognition (OCR): If our Application offers image-to-text or camera translation features, image processing occurs 100% locally on Your physical device using on-device Machine Learning (ML Kit).
Zero Cloud Upload for Images: Photo gallery images or camera feeds are analyzed in local device memory and are never uploaded, transmitted, stored, or processed on external cloud servers.

C. Automatically Collected Data & Identifiers

When You access the Service via a mobile device, third-party frameworks integrated into our Application automatically collect standard technical data:

Device Identifiers: Device ID, Advertising Identifier (IDFA on iOS), and IP address.
System Information: Mobile device model, operating system version, system language, time zone, and app version.
Usage Statistics: Interaction logs, feature usage, session duration, and crash report diagnostics.

3. Third-Party Services & AI Processing

To deliver core app functionality, monetization, and analytics, We utilize reputable third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs):

A. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning APIs

Our Application utilizes cloud-based Large Language Models (LLMs) and speech synthesis services provided by Third-Party AI Service Providers (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, or equivalent AI infrastructure):

On-Demand Processing: User content (typed text or recorded audio) is transmitted to the AI provider only when You explicitly initiate an AI feature (e.g., tapping a translate or speak button).
No Model Training Guarantee: We contractually ensure and verify that user-submitted content processed via these API endpoints is used strictly to deliver real-time output and is not used to train or refine public AI models.

B. Advertising and User Consent (Google AdMob & UMP)

We use Google AdMob to display in-app advertisements and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to request and manage user privacy consent in compliance with regional regulations (such as GDPR and ePrivacy Directive).
AdMob may collect and process device advertising identifiers (IDFA) and interaction data to serve contextual or personalized advertisements based on Your consent choices.

C. Backend Configuration & Analytics (Unity Gaming Services)

We use Unity Gaming Services for Remote Config, feature flags, and anonymous service initialization to ensure balanced gameplay and application stability.

D. In-App Purchases (Apple StoreKit)

All payment transactions and subscription management are processed directly and securely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not store or process your financial card details on our servers.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data

The Company uses collected data for the following legitimate business purposes:

Core Service Delivery: To perform real-time translations, transcriptions, audio synthesis, and game mechanics requested by You.
App Improvement & Diagnostics: To monitor performance, fix crash bugs, and optimize app stability across various iOS devices.
Advertising & Monetization: To display advertisements via Google AdMob in accordance with Your consent preferences.
Customer Support: To assist You when You submit inquiries or support requests to soontothemooninfo@gmail.com.

Short-Term Processing: User content submitted for AI translation or speech features is processed in real time and is not retained by Us on permanent servers once the processing session completes.
Technical Safeguards: We implement encrypted transmission protocols (HTTPS/SSL) to protect data transmitted between the Application and third-party APIs.
On-Device Storage: Local preferences and cached outputs are stored directly on Your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the Application or clearing app storage.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are general audience applications and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain European jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect or request personally identifiable information from children.
